Pay an invoice with crypto (BTC/BCH/ETH/LTC/USDC)

Steps

1. Log in to the Client Area.

2. Open the unpaid invoice.

3. Choose the crypto payment gateway.

4. Copy the payment address and amount.

5. Send the exact amount.

6. Wait for confirmations.

7. Re-open the invoice and confirm it shows as paid.

Important details

• Pay on the correct network.

• Send the exact amount shown.

• Don’t combine multiple invoices into one transaction unless the gateway supports it.

• Confirmations can take time.

If payment is stuck

Include this in your ticket:

• Invoice number

• Coin used

• Transaction hash (TXID)

• Time sent + time zone
